I feed all my ants on Crickets as a live food. What do you feed yours on?

When i had my colony i fed them on as many insects as i could get. Mainly flys and woodlouse, which they used to eat fine.
I also tired different sandwich meats like chicken and ham. These seems to go down fine aswell lol.
Im thinking of ordering some dried flies when i get my new colony, have you had any experience with them? And how about fodder sticks? and i heard fish food flakes go down well too?

I have tried dried flys, and they were not appreciated by most of the ants Ive got, having said that, I havnt tried them with the Tetramorium Caespitum yet. They love crickets and meal worms, so i guess some dry flys might go down well...
Never tried the sandwich meats yet...good idea
